We schedule recurring services a month prior to your treatment due date, optimizing technician routes for efficiency. We strive to accommodate the preferred day and time of every client.
To ensure you’re aware of your upcoming service, we send email and text reminders 30 and 10 days prior, respectively, with a final text reminder two days before your scheduled appointment. We also attempt a phone confirmation the day before.
While we aim to confirm every appointment, our technicians may stop by if we haven’t connected to either provide service (if you’re available) or leave a door hanger with service details. This ensures consistent service and allows us to maintain the effectiveness of your pest control program.
